Office Administrator

Bonnie Olvera

Bonnie Olvera began employment at NSWB in 1995 and is our Office Administrator. She is originally from Maxim, and is a retired teacher who began her career in Pangman. Bonnie obtained her B. Ed. and B. Comm. in Saskatchewan. She enjoys spending time with her sons, Gavin, Dax and Gino, and their wives, her grandchildren and her extended family.

Computer Technician / Marketing

Karen Sidloski

Karen Sidloski began employment at NSWB in 1996, after several years of work experience and courses. She spent several years in the Real Estate department, and now takes care of the Computer Networking System along with programming of documents and Marketing. Karen and her husband, Jerome, have four children – Jarrod, Justin, Jesse and Andrea. Her family is involved in many sports and community activities.

Legal Assistants - Real Estate

Della Heggs

Della Heggs began employment at NSWB in 2000. She came to NSWB with several years of work experience. Her strong organizational skills, her speed and her accuracy resulted in a position as Real Estate Legal Assistant, focusing on corporate transactions. Della and her husband, Larry, have two children, Brendan and Ashley and they are very involved in sports and activities.

Janessa Davey

Janessa Davey began employment at NSWB in June of 2010 and is a Real Estate Legal Assistant. Originally from Rockglen, she received her B.A. from the University of Saskatchewan in Sociology and moved to Weyburn in the spring of 2010 from Saskatoon. She and her boyfriend, Darren, enjoy camping, movies and spending time with family and friends.

Jackie Shanks

Jackie Shanks began employment at NSWB in January of 2011 and is a Real Estate Legal Assistant. Jackie completed her Office Education at SIAST, Wascana Campus.  Originally from Regina, she moved to Weyburn in September of 2010 with her boyfriend Clint and son Branson.  Jackie enjoys spending time with her family and friends, along with enjoying the outdoors, sports and travelling.

Rachel Allen

Rachel Allen began employment at NSWB in October of 2011 and is now a Real Estate Legal Assistant. She has brought several years of office experience with her, with attention to detail and organization.  Rachel and her husband, Bill, enjoy spending time with their four dogs, travelling and the outdoors.  Rachel is a Feng Shui Consultant and she teaches dance.

Accountant and Income Tax

Krystal Heisler

Krystal Heisler began employment at NSWB in 2008.  She is the head of the Accounting and Income Tax Departments. Krystal is also an Estate Planning/Wills Personal Assistant.  She is originally from Vibank, Saskatchewan.  Krystal has her diploma in accountancy from SIAST. She enjoys spending time with friends and family, enjoying the outdoors and watching movies.

Receptionist

Michelle Moldowan

Michelle Moldowan began employment at NSWB in September of 2010 and is our Receptionist. Michelle moved from Regina, SK where she had eight years experience working as a Certified Dental Assistant.  Michelle and her fiancé, Perrin have a son, Kade who keeps them busy.  They enjoy camping, being with family and friends and they enjoy long walks with their dog Kaos.

 

Legal Assistant - Estates

Debbie Giroux

Debbie Giroux began employment at NSWB in 1996. She has a background in all fields of law, but now focuses primarily on Estate Law, which includes estate administration, related income tax and payroll, general tax and non-resident tax. Debbie has five daughters – Jennifer, Kim, Amanda, Jaime and Lindsey. With her children grown up and away from home, she now hosts foreign exchange students every year. She enjoys her grandchildren, traveling, decorating, genealogy and softball.

Legal Assistant - Corporate

Melissa McLaren

Melissa McLaren began employment at NSWB in 2008 and is a Corporate Legal Assistant. Melissa completed her Diploma in Early Childhood Education at SIAST, Wascana and has four years of experience in child care.  Melissa is originally from the Chaplin area in Saskatchewan and she moved to Weyburn from Red Deer, Alberta. She and her husband, Ryan enjoy traveling, movies, spending time with their dogs and visiting with their family and friends.

Legal Assistant - Family Law

Dorian Marko

Dorian Marko began employment at NSWB in 2008 and is our Family Law Legal Assistant along with Civil Litigation and Oil/Gas Legal Assistant.  Originally from Calgary, he received his B.A. from University of Regina in combined Economics and Geography.  He previously worked for City of Regina in the public library system for seven years prior to coming to Weyburn.  Dorian enjoys running and electronics.

Office Assistants

Shirley Barry

Shirley Barry began employment at NSWB in 2000 and is now our Office Clerk. In addition, Shirley has the unique ability to maintain and organize the law firm's records and files. She has completed several accounting and typing courses. Shirley and her husband, Greg along with their three sons – Matthew, Kyle and Tyler - farm south of Weyburn.

Angie Driedger

Angie Driedger began employment at NSWB in 2008 and is our Access Clerk. She has a BA in music from the University of Regina with various other work experience. Angie and her husband Jason, along with their two children, Quinton and Jaylynn, moved to Weyburn in the summer of 2005.  They enjoy traveling, camping and visiting with family and friends.

Santa Baltgalve

Santa Baltgalve began employment at NSWB in October of 2010 and is our File and Scanner Clerk. Santa came to Canada from Latvia in July of 2010. Santa has her Professional Bachelor’s Diploma in Law and she has four years of experience in the area of law in Latvia. Santa and her husband, Andris, enjoy meeting new friends in Canada, visiting new places and becoming acquainted with our Canadian traditions, along with taking care of their British shorthair cat, Puncis.

Personal Assistants

Kelsey Fradette

Kelsey Fradette began employment at NSWB in May of 2011 and is a Personal Assistant. Kelsey moved to Weyburn after graduating from Pangman High School in 2009. Kelsey also graduated from Office Education at the Southeast Regional College in May of 2011.  Kelsey and her fiancee, Colin, enjoy going to her brother's and playing with her nieces and nephews.

Ron Ror

Ron Ror began began employment at NSWB in June of 2011 and is an Estates Personal Assistant. He prepared for this new career by working at CBC-TV in Toronto for 22 years and managing theatres in Estevan, Edmonton, Winnipeg and Lloydminster. He is originally from Goodwater.
