Office Administrator

Bonnie Olvera

Bonnie Olvera began employment at NSWB in 1995 and is our Office Administrator. She is originally from Maxim, and is a retired teacher who began her career in Pangman. Bonnie obtained her B. Ed. and B. Comm. in Saskatchewan. She enjoys spending time with her sons, Gavin, Dax, and Gino, their wives, her grandchildren and her extended family.

Computer Technician

Karen Sidloski

Karen Sidloski began employment at NSWB in 1996, after several years of work experience and courses. She spent several years in the Real Estate department, and now takes care of the Computer Networking System along with programming of documents. Karen and her husband, Jerome, have four children – Jarrod, Justin, Jesse and Andrea. Her family is involved in many sports and community activities.

Legal Assistants - Real Estate

Della Heggs

Della Heggs began employment at NSWB in 2000. She came to NSWB with several years of work experience. Her strong organizational skills, her speed and her accuracy resulted in a position as Real Estate Legal Assistant, focusing on corporate transactions. Della and her husband, Larry, have two children, Brendan and Ashley and they are very involved in sports and activities.

Tracey Wolfe

Tracey Wolfe began employment at NSWB in 2006, when she moved to Weyburn from Regina. She has her Office Education Certificate from SIAST and she brought several years of office experience with her.  Tracey has assisted in Accounting and is now a full time Real Estate Legal Assistant. She enjoys reading, genealogy and spending time with family and friends.

Meghan Mazenc

Meghan Mazenc began employment at NSWB in 2007.  Meghan moved to Weyburn from Radville when she began working at NSWB part-time until April of 2007, when she finished her first year of university through the University of Regina, and she is now a full time employee as a Real Estate Legal Assistant.   She and her boyfriend, Scott, enjoy motorcycling, camping, movies and spending time with family and friends.

Accountant and Income Tax

Krystal Heisler

Krystal Heisler began employment at NSWB in 2008.  She is the head of the Accounting and Income Tax Departments. She is originally from Vibank, Saskatchewan.  Krystal has her diploma in accountancy from SIAST. She enjoys spending time with friends and family, enjoying the outdoors and watching movies.

Receptionist

Stephanie Janke

Stephanie Janke began employment at NSWB in 2009 and is our Receptionist. Stephanie is originally from Langbank, Sk and she moved to Weyburn in the spring of 2006. Stephanie and her husband, Ryan, are huge Roughrider football fans and they enjoy spending time with friends and family.

Personal Assistant

Ingrid Klapwyk

Ingrid Klapwyk began employment at NSWB in 2007 after she moved to Weyburn from Ontario.  She has her Office Administration – Executive Diploma from Mohawk College in Hamilton, Ontario.  Ingrid assists in Accounting and Real Estate and is a Personal Assistant.  She enjoys reading, movies and spending time with family and friends.

 

Legal Assistant - Estates

Debbie Giroux

Debbie Giroux began employment at NSWB in 1996. She has a background in all fields of law, but now focuses primarily on Estate Law, which includes estate administration, related income tax and payroll, general tax and non-resident tax. Debbie has five daughters – Jennifer, Kim, Amanda, Jaime and Lindsey. With her children grown up and away from home, she now hosts foreign exchange students every year. She enjoys her grandchildren, traveling, decorating, genealogy and softball.

Legal Assistant - Corporate

Melissa McLaren

Melissa McLaren began employment at NSWB in 2008 and is a Corporate Legal Assistant. Melissa completed her Diploma in Early Childhood Education at SIAST, Wascana and has 4 years of experience in child care.  Melissa is originally from the Chaplin area in Saskatchewan and she moved to Weyburn from Red Deer, Alberta. She and her husband, Ryan enjoy traveling, movies, spending time with their dogs and visiting with their family and friends.

Legal Assistant - Family Law

Dorian Marko

Dorian Marko began employment at NSWB in 2008 as a Family Law Legal Assistant and Civil Litigation Legal Assistant.  Originally from Calgary, he received his B.A. from University of Regina in combined Economics and Geography.  He previously worked for City of Regina in the public library system for seven years prior to coming to Weyburn.  Dorian enjoys running and electronics.

Office Assistants

Shirley Barry

Shirley Barry began employment at NSWB in 2000 and is now our Office Clerk. In addition, Shirley has the unique ability to maintain and organize the law firm's records and files. She has completed several accounting and typing courses. Shirley and her husband, Greg, and three sons – Matthew, Kyle and Tyler - farm south of Weyburn.

Angie Driedger

Angie Driedger began employment at NSWB in 2008 and is our Access Clerk. She has a BA in music from the University of Regina with various other work experience. Angie and her husband Jason, along with their two children, Quinton and Jaylynn, moved to Weyburn three years ago.  They enjoy traveling, camping and visiting with family and friends.

Tricia Martinson

Tricia Martinson began employment with NSWB in May of 2009 and is a File Clerk and a Personal Assistant. Tricia is originally from Midale, and moved back to the area after completing three years of education at both the University of Regina and SIAST. In the spring of 2009 she graduated from SIAST with a Diploma in Beef Cattle Production. She and her fiancé, Craig, enjoy life on the farm and spending time with family and friends.

Tristen Crooks

Tristen Crooks began employment at NSWB in June of 2009 and is a File Clerk and a Personal Assistant.  Originally from south-eastern Minnesota, Tristen received her B.A. in Political Science from St. Catherine University in St. Paul, MN.  She moved to Canada in October of 2007 and attended St. Therese School of Faith and Mission.  She and her husband, Cole, moved to Weyburn in April of 2009 and reside on a farm north of Weyburn.  They enjoy traveling and look forward to farming and being active in their community.

Chelsey Hudson

Chelsey Hudson began employment with NSWB as a File Clerk in January of 2010. Chelsey graduated in Weyburn and attended 2 years of university at the University of Saskatchewan, where she majored in political science. Although she is originally from Weyburn, she just recently moved back from British Columbia. She enjoys spending time with her friends, working out, being outdoors, and traveling.
